Angelic Tarot Guidance for 12 January 2024

Happy Friday, friends! It’s my birthday (yes, I’m still a big kid when it comes to birthdays)!! By the time I send this, the Moon will have moved from Capricorn into Aquarius. I hope you had a good New Moon in Capricorn yesterday. It’s not too late to do the Capricorn New Moon Tarot spread if you haven’t done it yet. We are still at the very beginning of that lunar cycle.

Personally, I view the Astrological New moon as a Dark Moon so I did my Dark Moon reading yesterday. I’m skipping the New Moon reading in favour of a special freestyle birthday reading based on my solar return chart. So I’ll be pulling cards to look at the key players in my chart for the year ahead as a complement to the 12 Zodiac Houses reading I did for 2024.

Our card of the day from the Goddess of Love Tarot is The Void. This card is The Fool in a traditional Tarot deck. In the Goddess of Love Tarot, it corresponds with the Goddess Shakti. The archangelic correspondence is Uriel. Uriel’s name means ‘Light of God’ and he rules both the Element of Earth and the Planet Uranus. This makes the Moon in Aquarius energy significant today because Uranus is also the ruler of Aquarius. The old ruler of Aquarius is Saturn. You can think of Uranus and Saturn as co-rulers of Aquarius if you like.

The Fool card in the Tarot is often associated with new beginnings, spontaneity, and embracing the unknown. As the card of the day, it's time to take a leap of faith, trust in the journey ahead, and approach situations with a fresh perspective. It encourages us to be open to new experiences, let go of fear or hesitation, and embark on a path of growth and discovery. The Fool reminds us to stay present in the moment, be open-minded, and embrace the adventure of life with a sense of childlike wonder.

My favourite crystal to work with for The Fool/The Void is clear quartz. This crystal can be used to amplify any ray of energy and programmed with any intention you like. It is without limits, just like The Fool/The Void.

The Fool represents our soul which is eternal and limitless. In our consciousness, we can travel to the farthest corners of the universe and beyond. This is why I chose to make a collage for The Void card with a raven. The Raven represents the soul’s ability to reach beyond the veil, enter the void and return with exactly what we need. (This is also one of the reasons I chose this name for myself toward the end of last year.)
